I’m a product design leader and UX strategist with 18+ years of experience designing digital products, services and systems across Europe, North America and Australia. I specialise in turning complex, high-trust environments into clear, human-centred experiences that people can understand and use.

My work spans digital identity, fintech, open banking, telco, healthcare, AI and platform products. Across founder, consulting and in-house roles, I’ve led initiatives from discovery and stakeholder alignment through to journeys, prototyping, design systems and delivery, helping teams connect strategy, user needs and technical complexity to create scalable product experiences with real-world impact.

I’m the founder of Muteo and co-founder of Australian Coffee Culture, and my work sits at the intersection of product strategy, UX, service design and design leadership.

As a seasoned Creative and Experience Designer from Germany, I bring a unique blend of international experience. My background spans successful agencies in Europe and Australia, where I have honed my skills working on high-profile accounts across Automotive, Telco, FMCG, Insurance, and Alcohol. Now based in vibrant Sydney, Australia, I continue to push boundaries as a freelance designer and consultant. With my office in the middle of Sydney's thriving startup scene, I continue delivering innovative products and platforms shaping the future.
